Meet Mirella: The Heart of Operations

Hi, I’m Mirella, and I handle the behind-the-scenes magic at Evocation Photography. From managing the paperwork to keeping everything running smoothly, I make sure John has everything he needs to focus on creating incredible photos. As a mum to our little boy, Aidan, and John’s biggest supporter, I understand just how important capturing life’s special moments is. Meet John: The Heart Behind the Lens

Hi there, I’m John Roberto, a photographer with a passion for capturing the beauty of life’s most meaningful moments. At my core, I’m a family man. I’m engaged to my amazing fiancé Mirella and a proud dad to our little boy, Aidan, who is the light of my life. Being a husband-to-be and a dad has shaped the way I see the world and influences every photo I take. It’s taught me to cherish the little things: the joy, the laughter, and the quiet moments. That’s exactly what I aim to capture in my photography

People often describe me as warm and approachable, and I hope that comes through in the way I connect with everyone I work with. I love making people feel at ease in front of the camera, creating a space where they can be their true selves. To me, photography isn’t just about creating beautiful images. It’s about preserving the emotions, stories, and connections that make them meaningful.

Hi there! We're John and Mirella, owners of Evocation Photography. As a small, family-owned Asian business, we are ecstatic to have been able to grow and share our love of photography with you all for over three years now. We are both parents ourselves and understand the importance of capturing precious moments that will last a lifetime. We pride ourselves on being kind and approachable, and we work hard to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire photography process.
